Must Haves:
Very strong balance sheet reconciliation experience. Will need to update all of the company's balance sheet reconciliations for the last 5 years
2-3 years minimum general ledger experience
Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
Experience with 1 major ERP system

Responsibilities:
Prepare period end financials by creating required G/L entries and accruals
Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses and investigate any variances
Support multiples branches by providing financial insights and relevant reporting
Prepare multi jurisdiction sales and use tax returns, perform tax table maintenance
Assist with review and costing of physical inventory, reconcile variance in cost of goods sold to inventory count
Maintain fixed asset system, update for acquisitions and disposals, calculate depreciation expense
Assist with annual budget process
Other responsibilities as assigned
Mentor junior staff, assign duties as needed
