AP Clerk

A growing company in the design transportation industry has a fantastic opportunity for an on-site AP Clerk position! This role is direct hire and located in Orange County area. Need to have AP invoice processing, ACH Processing, general payroll experience and HR, a well rounded professional. This assignment is onsite in Lake Forest. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $62,000 per year.

Candidates should have experience with:

3-5 years of experience in Accounting

Doesn't need to have a degree

Controller would like a well-versed AP Clerk, that does some experience with payroll, HR, AR, ACH processing.

ERP: Ajera (architecture & engineering) nice to have

QuickBooks is nice to have

Would be working with the Controller
