Job Description:

Preparation of supporting working papers including month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, GL account analysis and other financial analysis, as required

Preparation of internal reporting documents as provided for management/ investor meetings

Process full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close

Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes

Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Oversee Operational Accounting, including hands on processing accounts payables and accounts receivables

Create journal entries

Reconcile Bank and CC accounts

Fixed asset tracking, maintain cost of goods sold

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:

Experience working with multiple business entities is desired .
