Non-CDL Driver / Laborer

Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips.

Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.

No experience or CDL necessary.

COMPENSATION * Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips * Opportunities for additional pay include: * Optional long-distance moves * Overtime hours * $1 Pay raise every 6-months if performance metrics are met * Opportunities for career growth and advancement HOURS * Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand). ABOUT THE ROLE * Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.

* Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings.

* Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.

* Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

* Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

PAID TRAINING * All employees are trained in proper preparation, lifting and moving furnishings and boxes.

Including the proper use of moving equipment.

* Complete training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain your DOT certificate at no cost to you.
