Job Position: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Colorado Springs CO 80903
Pay Rate: $24.02 - $28.84 / hr on W2
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Purpose: Perform systems administration and support tasks Analyze, document, test, maintain, troubleshoot PC hardware/software Assist with IT support projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person IT support to walk-in users Reinstall OS images and update computers Replace broken desktop/laptop hardware
Ensure repaired computers are updated and functional Escalate complex service requests appropriately
Essential Functions (Approximate % of Time): 15%: Repair software/hardware, reinstall systems, manage backups/restores, coordinate with vendors 10%:
Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting for walk-in customers 25%:
Build and maintain OS images; ensure compatibility, patching, and custom configuration 10%:
Support new product launches; document and train staff; liaise with vendors 20%:
Manage equipment disposal securely and document process 20%:
Replace and configure computers; coordinate setups; collect old equipment; update records
