Duration: 10 + months with possible extension

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Complete Description:

This position will be working with the Medicaid Enrollment Broker System to create a request for Proposal and statement of work preparation. This involves working with the customer gathering requirement for the RFP.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

- 10+ Years' Experience working with technical documents within the IT field

- Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology - Must be able to hit the ground running!

- 10+ Years' experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation.

- 8+ Years' experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.

- 4+ Years' experience with large scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system

- Experience with SOW, RFP, RFC, etc.

- MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills (Customer and Client facing role)
