Job Description

Manage all phases of construction for luxury custom homes from pre-construction through closeout.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to maintain project vision and client satisfaction.

Lead and mentor on-site teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations.

Provide regular project reporting and updates to ownership and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or custom homebuilder.

Proven track record delivering ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Deep knowledge of high-end finishes, luxury construction methods, and vendor management.
