We are currently seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to lead and support our Band, Dramatics, and Musical programs.
These extra-curricular roles are vital to enriching our students' educational experience and fostering a love for performance, collaboration, and creativity.

This will allow for a comprehensive review of your qualifications." Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and assist with rehearsals and performances.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students.
* Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support program success.
* Encourage student growth in artistic expression, teamwork, and confidence.
Qualifications: * Experience in music, theater, or performing arts (teaching or directing preferred).if applicable * Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
* Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring young performers.
Schedule & Compensation: * Part-time, after-school and evening hours.
* Seasonal commitments based on program (Fall Play, Winter Concert, Spring Musical, etc.). * Stipend or hourly compensation based on experience and role.

* Follow established protocols as outlined in Student/Faculty/Support Staff handbooks Applicants must possess the following clearances with results that have been obtained within the last 12 months: Act 34 PA Criminal Background Clearance, Act 114 - FBI Background Check; Act 252 - PA Child Abuse Certificate.
The Ephrata Area School District also requires a pre-employment drug test, physical and TB test upon offer of employment as specified in district policies.
