Manufacturing Intern

The TOPPAN internship program is designed to "test the waters" of working in a Corporate setting within the manufacturing and packaging industries. You will spend your summer gaining experience within different functional areas. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work.

Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry level positions upon graduation. Positions are primarily filled with rising seniors in their academic programs.

What you'll be doing:

Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.

Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.

This position is in our Plant City, FL Facility and 100% onsite

Currently enrolled in a [relevant degree program] or recent graduate.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Previous internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
