Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a UAT Tester to join their team. As a UAT Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Digital Banking and Customer Experience teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking applications and digital platforms
Collaborate with banking and customer teams to understand testing requirements
Develop and execute manual testing scripts, then transition to automated testing processes
Identify, document, and communicate issues and bugs effectively
Support the move from manual to automated testing to improve efficiency
What's Needed?
Commercial Banking experience is required
Experience with User Acceptance Testing from a customer and/or banker perspective
Knowledge of ATM, Mobile Banking, and Digital banking platforms
Experience with ALM Octane, Automation tools, and scripting
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
