Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills: * Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities and projects in order to meet timelines * Proficient skills in keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance * Effective communication skills, both verbally and writing * Ability to connect with others using interpersonal skills * Basic math skills * Ability to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases * Ability to organize events and materials * Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks * Ability to systematically communicate between departments to prioritize tasks and responsibilities Experience: * Three years secretarial experience, preferably in a public education Minimum Salary: $38,655 (2024/2025 Compensation Plan) * Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
