Utility Person

Reports To: Restaurant Management Team.

Primary Responsibilities: Cleans, maintains and sanitizes all areas of the Front of the House and Kitchen.

Cleansoutside grounds to insure guests have a clean and safe place to dine.

Completes all assigned prep Utility, Manufacturing
