About Our Client

Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage daily field operations, including coordination of subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Promote and enforce a proactive safety culture across all job sites.
Maintain and update project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays.
Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior superintendents and field staff.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in Healthcare, Industrial, or Education (K-12 and Higher Ed) projects.
Proven success managing complex, multi-phase projects from start to finish.
Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
