Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.

Lead project planning, coordination, and execution with internal teams and external partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.

Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and quality.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Mentor junior project managers and support staff.

Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family & Institutional Construction should have:

Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in multi-family and institutional projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
