Integration Specialist

Kforce is looking for an Integration Specialist to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary: The Integration Specialist assists in the onboarding of a Financial Advisor (FA) and their team with the goal of transitioning the FA's book of clients from their previous firm to &Partners in a timely and successful manner.

This is a role that requires extensive travel to be on-site in a new office to open accounts, facilitate account opening and transfer process and assist in the training of the FAs and their staff on our systems.* 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services/Operations * General understanding of securities regulations and operations * Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; Excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with financial systems a plus.

CRM systems, Financial Planning tools, Performance Reporting * High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Strong independent decision-making and problem solving
