What You'll Do:

Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

Assist with personal hygiene and daily care routines

Support residents during meals and activities

Help new residents adjust and feel welcome

Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a CNA training program

Active CNA certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team spirit and a caring heart

Experience in long-term care or home care (preferred)

Willingness to learn and grow with us
