CDL B Local Delivery Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Nashville, TN, and hiring an experienced CDL B Local Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position with steady Monday-Friday routes and the perk of being home every day!

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start time 3 days of training before running solo

Job Details:

Local delivery runs within a 250-mile radius

Touch freight Hauling general freight

Unload using pallet jack, dolly, and liftgate

Lift up to 75 lbs as needed

Operate a 26 ft. box truck

Job Duties:

Perform required vehicle safety inspections before, during, and after dispatch

Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance issues

Represent the company professionally with customers and the public

Read and interpret shipping orders and exception forms

Work scheduled routes to meet customer delivery needs

Qualifications:

Valid CDL B Driver's License

Valid DOT Medical Card

At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years

Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse Report

Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)

No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years
