The newly established P.S.A. on the campus of the Flint Cultural Center is seeking K-5 substitute teachers. This exciting opportunity awaits future teachers and certified professionals who wish to work in a creative and progressive educational environment with a strong emphasis on integrated sciences, fine, and performing arts. Required Qualifications:

60 College Credit Hours

Proficient Written and Oral Communication Skills

Ability to work with K-5 grade students

Ability to work with underserved youth

Ability to follow lesson plans

Ability to be flexible in meeting student's needs

Ability to use effective classroom management strategies
