Special Education Aide (Part-Time)
Up to 29 hrs./week
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Qualifications:
60 college credits; or,
Passed ParaPro Assessment (preferred)
Job Goal:
To assist the classroom teacher by working with individual and small groups of disabled students to provide them with physical help and emotional support as needed to gain optimum benefit from the district's special education program.
Salary:
Following established JTEA Salary Guide ranging from $25.39/hr. - $26.51/hr.
General Benefits:
Paid time off in accordance with JTEA contract
