Customer Analytics Manager

Dillard's is seeking a highly skilled customer analytics manager with experience informing marketing strategies through BI report building, ad hoc analysis and data modeling.

As part of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for leveraging customer data to help Dillard's make data-driven decisions that foster lasting relationships and more meaningful interactions while driving business growth.Minimum of bachelor's degree required in business analytics, data science, statistics or related field.

3+ years of experience; previous experience in mid-to-large size organization preferred Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform data manipulation Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques Machine learning experience is a plus Excels at working on self-managed projects in conjunction with other departments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A champion of new ideas
