Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Table Games Floorperson:
Motivate, coach, and develop Dealers.
Address complaints and resolve problems.
Observe games, guests, and dealers to ensure protection of company assets.
Ensure that all games maintain appropriate game speed, limits, and staffing.
Track player ratings.
Maintain the highest quality standards of guest service, hospitality, and guest development.
Pit accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience dealing either Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, or Baccarat.
One year of experience as a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor.
Ability to calculate basic math in your head.
Ability to multitask.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Professional communication skills.
