Salary Information The starting pay rate for this position is between $40.22 - $58.15 per hour ($83,657 - $120,952 annually), depending on experience and qualifications, plus excellent benefits.

The classification of this position is an IS Technical Services-Consultant Administrator, which is in Pay Schedule 07, Pay Range 32.

Pay will be set in accordance with the State of Wisconsin Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.

Starting pay for current state employees may vary based on applicable provisions in the Compensation Plan.

Job Details Background Checks: Due to the nature of this position, final candidates will be subject to criminal background, fingerprint, and tax compliance checks.

I-9 Requirements: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, an alien authorized to work in the U.S.

without sponsorship) at the time of appointment.

The Department of Revenue does not sponsor work or student visas and is not an eligible OPT employer for those with F1 visas.

DOR participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with Form I-9 information for all new employees to confirm authorization to work in the U.S.

Probationary Period: A 12 month probationary period will be required.

Remote/Telework up to 60%. Note: During probation you will have the opportunity to gradually increase to 60% (i.e., working remotely three (3) days per week, and will report to the 2135 Rimrock Road; Madison WI building, two (2) days per week) within 9 months (of your 12 month probation) based on performance and workload needs.

Remote work is intended to be performed primarily in the State of Wisconsin and is subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications Minimum qualified candidates will have experience in each of the following: * Experience implementing and supporting on-premise systems in enterprise application environments.

* Experience implementing and supporting cloud platforms services (e.g., such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure (Microsoft Azure), or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)). * Experience implementing and supporting Zscaler security solutions for web filtering and zero-trust secure network access.

* Experience conducting IT risk assessments or IT system vulnerability remediations, ensuring alignment with IT security standards or compliance requirements.

* Experience using scripting to perform IT infrastructure tasks (e.g., goal to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency). * Experience supporting multi-factor authentication systems and identity and access management systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On, etc.). * Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues (e.g., escalated incidents) that spans across network, server, or application environments.

Well qualified candidates will have experience in a minimum of two (2) of the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications): * Experience serving as the primary technical expert/key person leading the design, implementation, and support of on-premise systems in enterprise application environments.

* Experience serving as the primary technical expert/key person leading the design, implementation, and support of cloud platforms services (e.g., such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure (Microsoft Azure), or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)). * Experience serving as the primary technical expert/key person leading the implementation and support of Zscaler security solutions for web filtering and zero-trust secure network access.

* Experience serving as the primary technical expert/key person leading the design and/or implementation and supporting multi-factor authentication systems and identity and access management systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On, etc.).
