As a Construction Superintendent at Petri Electric, you'll be leading the charge on major electrical construction and renovation projects.
Lead Construction Projects: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and quality completion
Manage Material Orders & Deliveries: Partner with project managers to ensure materials arrive on time
Coordinate with Contractors & Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to maintain quality standards
Ensure Quality Control: Guarantee flawless installations that meet and exceed code compliance
Manage Costs: Keep labor costs in check by optimizing resources without sacrificing quality
Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe job site, prioritizing safety for every team member
Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
6-10 years in job running, supervising, or superintendent roles
Strong project management and electrical code knowledge
Ability to read and execute detailed project plans
Proven leadership skills to guide and manage electrician teams
Experience with job cost management, especially labor
Strong customer relations and a positive attitude
Reliable transportation across Dallas-Ft. Worth and willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks
Authorized to work in the U.S.
