Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a solid understanding of commercial insurance products, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Develop customized insurance programs to meet the specific needs of commercial clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with account managers, underwriters, and other internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
Manage renewals, policy changes, and account growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
