We are hiring a Commercial Service Plumber for long-term work in Arizona.

What You'll Be Doing * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.

* Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues.

Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.

* Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for: * Domestic water and sanitary systems * Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices * Drainage, waste, and vent systems * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.

* Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.

* Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.

* Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.

What We're Looking For * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.

* Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.

* Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras.

* Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.

* Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

* Arizona plumbing license preferred, but not required.
