Job Description:
Manages day-to-day accounting activities
Develops and implements accounting procedures
Maintains familiarity with laws pertaining to credit union products and services
Monitors billing and expenditures
Maintains GL and subsidiary accounts
Reconciles cash accounts and prepares accounting reports
Collect and provide documentation for audit inquires
EFT and ACH duties
ATM Branch balancing
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
High regard for detail, accuracy with limited supervision
Proven ability to load and manipulate data as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Banking and Credit Union Experience Required
Comprehensive understanding of AP and account ledger reconciliation
Highly skilled in analytics and proficient with Advanced Excel functions
