Description & Details: The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is seeking a Scholarship Coordinator.
This position will be tasked with administering federal, state, institutional, and private student financial assistance programs following applicable rules and regulations.
They will manage the financial aid processing of athletic scholarships, student waivers, and military and third-party payments.
Other duties include advising and assisting students/parents, processing various financial aid-related forms and documents, and collaborating with various departments on campus.
Financial Aid and Scholarships is an integral member of the enrollment management effort and works in collaboration with other units within the university to provide integrated student services.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM, 7:30-4PM during breaks and summer.
Hiring Range: $38,000-$40,000 Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications: * High School diploma with 2-years of related work experience * 2 years of customer service experience in an office or administrative setting * Proficient with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's degree or higher * Experience in a higher education setting * Experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions * Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions * Experience working independently and handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously * Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication skills Applicant Materials Required: * Cover letter addressing how the minimum qualifications are met * Resume * Names and contact information for 3 professional references NDSU OFFERS EXCELLENT BENEFITS!
