Job Summary
Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide coordination of several key functions relating to the department
for the designated Director, Manager and Recruiter of the department. Employee must be able to successfully
complete job specific orientation, competencies, and meet/exceed the standards as identified in the criteria
based performance appraisal.
Essential Functions
• Effectively prioritizes, communicates, records, and/or delivers messages accurately and in a timely manner.
Confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Assist in the coordination of all provider (physicians and APPs) site visits as requested. Prepares visit
itineraries and materials as directed for distribution. Escort candidates during visits as requested and will
serve as a back-up in the absence of the Physician Recruiter.
• Coordinate all travel accommodations and arrangements for provider visits as requested and in the absence
of Administrative Assistant.
• Conducts broadcast emails from recruitment databases and mailings as requested.
• Search local job fairs/local events for recruiters to attend, process/prepare documents for such activities.
• Records work time accurately and appropriately with no more than 2 avoidable exceptions. Examples include:
utilizes ADP to record clocked time entries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
Organizational skills.
