Company Description Job Description As a Host Person your role will include: * The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.
* All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.
* Greeting and seating guests.
* Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person.
* Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.
* Assisting guest with special request.
Qualifications * Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner * 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
* Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
* Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
* Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
