The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Assumption University seeks to hire adjunct instructors for the Fall 2025 semester to teach sections of MAT 114: Elementary Functions. The courses are in-person, and all faculty are required to keep office hours: two hours per class section.

Adjuncts are welcomed as important contributors to the department and to our students. They are provided with office space, email, voicemail, and resources needed for quality teaching.

Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to contribute actively to the mission of the University and show respect for the Catholic and Assumptionist identity of Assumption University.

Applicants should have a master's degree or PhD in Mathematics or a related field.

In the cover letter, we invite candidates to describe their teaching experiences. Finalists will also be asked to provide official transcripts of academic work.
