Duties & Responsibilities: * Cook and prepare menu items to customer's order * Preparation of other food items directed by General Manager or Chef * Maintains proper grill cooking temperatures * Ensures proper sanitation of grill area and surrounding kitchen * Uses proper portioning * Answers customer questions accurately on menu items * Restocks and cleans up grill station at end of service period * Other duties as required and assigned Requirements: * Able to read, write and perform basic math * Able to follow verbal and written instructions * Must be customer-oriented, organized and detail oriented * Able to occasionally lift 30 pounds * Must be able to move through the kitchen/grill area to retrieve/gather supplies and equipment * Bending, standing, moving, carrying, writing, lifting, reaching * High standard of personal hygiene Benefits: * Health Insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision) * Life Insurance * 403(b) Retirement Plan * Vacation Accrual * Sick Accrual * Paid Holidays * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition Benefits Review of resumes will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
