AR/Biller

Century Group is in search of an experienced AR/Biller to join a team in the Denver Tech Center. Qualified candidates with 3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $68,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description :

Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients based on contractual terms.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Collaborate with the sales team to address any billing or payment concerns from clients.

Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure that all payments are accurately recorded and applied.

Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports, collections status, and cash flow forecasts.

Analyze and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable and general ledger entries.

Create and maintain complex spreadsheets to track billing and collections activities.

Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze financial data and generate reports.

Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to manage accounts receivable processes and maintain accurate records.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful collections and customer satisfaction.

Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in billing and collections. REF #49337
