We are looking to hire a part-time Recruiter to join our growing office in Beaumont, TX. As our Recruiter, you will be working with our team to recruit for a variety of positions including administrative, professional, skilled and unskilled labor. This is a people-oriented role and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, both in person and on the phone/via email. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, so this position will work within those hours. This position can become full-time. Pay will be $17+ per hour DOE.
Responsibilities
Sources, screens, and identifies qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire opportunities.
Writes and posts job ads to multiple job sites.
Sources qualified candidates for current open roles for our clients through a variety of methods.
Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes/applications and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Conducts pre-screening phone calls, interviews, and performs candidate reference checks.
Tracks applicants throughout the application process by utilizing our ATS recruiting system.
Conducts new hire orientations and completes necessary paperwork.
Work with clients and team members to determine and fill priority orders.
Responsible for greeting candidates and guests to our office, answering/screening and directing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting the team as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:
2 or more years experience as a Recruiter.
High School Diploma or higher.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.
Strong computer skills and data entry.
Prior experience with ATS software is preferred.
Experience working with a variety of job sites (ex. Indeed) preferred.
