Director, Finance & Accounting

Century Group is partnering with an entertainment organization who is seeking a Director, Finance & Accounting to bring to their team. This role will be fully onsite in West Hollywood, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Description:

Assist in formulating the Clients' future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

Manage the accounting and business management team

Oversee the financial operations of Clients' companies

Manage third parties to which functions have been outsourced

Oversee the establishment of ad hoc financial modeling as needed and production of budgets and forecasts

Establish financial and operating metrics to measure performance

Understand and mitigate key elements of the Client's risk profile

Monitor cash projections and forecasts and arrange for debt and equity financing

Requirements:

CPA, CFP, or CMA required

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 10 years' progressive public accounting, business management, family office and/or entertainment experience
