Appian UI Developer (Plano)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Appian UI Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Appian UI Developer, you will be part of the Application Development Department supporting the Agile development team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Appian UI Developer (Plano)

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: Target Pay Rate: $68.26 per hour

What's the Job?

Develop, customize, and support Appian applications within an agile environment

Collaborate with analysts and business teams to understand and implement new requirements

Work on integration tasks and ensure seamless functionality of applications

Deliver daily EFR and BCGRS governed RDA reporting in accordance with governance standards

Participate in SDLC processes to ensure high-quality software delivery

What's Needed?

Proven experience as an Appian developer with a focus on UI development

Experience in the banking or financial domain is preferred

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes

Knowledge of Appian governance standards such as EFR and BCGRS reporting

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
