Position: Assistant Swim & Dive Coach - Boys School: Wethersfield High School Reports To: Athletic Director Start Date: November 1, 2025 Compensation: Annual stipend as outlined in teacher collective bargaining agreement Application Date: Posting will remain open until filled We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Swim & Dive coach for the boys' team at the Wethersfield High School for the Winter season.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated leader with superior communication and teaching skills to fill this critical opening in our school.

The coach will provide guidance and direction to our diving team athletes under the leadership of our Head Swim & Dive Coach.

The chosen coach will be responsible for providing individual and team instruction that puts athletes in the best position to have success.

Additionally, our coach will teach and implement diving strategies, develop and hone athlete fundamentals, and instruct the sport with a high degree of energy and enthusiasm.

This position is vital to our school as the individual has regular and constant interaction with our students, parents/families and community.

To be considered, candidates must hold all required certifications and trainings and must have prior experience coaching in the sport.

Additionally, candidates must be available to attend after school, evening and weekend practices/games as dictated by the athletic department.
