Job Description: * Operation and maintenance of a variety of hand, power and shop tools used in a variety of trade areas * Performing general maintenance work, individually or as a member of a crew, in various areas * Maintaining a variety of landscaped areas * Performs painting of interior and exterior building surfaces, as well as parking lots, utilizing brushes, rollers, mechanical paint machines * Perform maintenance of parking lots, including crack fill and repair, seal coating, and pothole repair * Safely operating construction equipment and vehicles * Making accurate arithmetic calculations * Reading and interpreting plans, maps and instructions * Understanding and following oral and written directions * Contributing effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities * Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work Requirements: * Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping and related facility upkeep preferred.

* Valid CDL License preferred * Valid NJ Driver's license Salary: Starting at $31,219 ($15.49/hour). Benefits: Eligible for family Medical, Prescription, and Dental benefits.
