Must be able to work weekends and nights as needed and shifts will vary.
Essential Functions: * Prepares recipes for meal periods * Garnishes and places food items at the appropriate stations * Ensures and maintains proper sanitation of the kitchen * Uses proper portioning * Answers customer questions accurately on menu items * Assists in restocking and clean-up of the kitchen and serving stations at the end of the service period * Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: * Must be able to read and follow recipes and follow directions.
