JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by ensuring and assisting patient flow within the office, attending to needs of patients, their families and medical staff * Prepare patient for physician visit: * Obtain and document appropriate vital signs and health history information in Electronic Health Record (Allscripts). * Assist patients with any paperwork necessary for the visit.

* Clinical duties: * Check vital signs, * Medication administration.

* Assist with follow up calls to families regarding visits/procedures.

* Documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting.

* Patient triage: * Telephone and walk-in triage, * Patient documentation and follow up.

* Assist with preparing clinical schedule.

Additional Job Description: * Graduate of an accredited RN program * Current RN license in the State of Kentucky * Minimum of 4 years clinical experience * BLS through American Heart Association, required
