Job Details Job Location: Martin Luther College - New Ulm, MN Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Category: Education SUMMARY Martin Luther College (MLC) seeks nurturing and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our Early Childhood Learning Center team.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in a safe and caring environment, with the flexibility to step in on short notice.

Substitute Teachers play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting the mission of our Center.

This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education, enjoy working in a collaborative ministerial setting, and are looking for a flexible, part-time position where they can share the love of Jesus with children.
