I’ve been a State Farm Agent since 2007 and take pride in serving customers across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin. I was raised in Grafton, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before starting my career as an agent. Family is central to who I am—my wife and I have three daughters, and we enjoy traveling and skiing together in the great outdoors.

Our office is multilingual, with team members who speak English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian, allowing us to connect with a wide range of customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Radtke - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain client records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
