Position: Help Desk Specialist (Junior)
Location: Annapolis, MD-5 days onsite
Duration: 12+ months
Job Description:
• Assist Client with asset management.
• Receive new computers, unpack them, tag them, and enter them into the asset system.
• Image the new machines and do other technical work related to desktops and laptops.
• Install and update/patch software, etc.
• Helping users resolve normal day-to-day technical issues, printer configuration problems, and password-related issues.
• Keep the storeroom clean and deal with the trash.
