About the Role:
Oversees daily operations and strategic planning for the Cath Lab within a CIS partner hospital.
Responsible for supervising all lab personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
Manages inventory, equipment, and supply purchasing to ensure operational efficiency.
Develops and enforces departmental policies, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Leads quality assurance efforts, monitors radiation safety, and maintains statistical reporting.
Supports financial planning, budgeting, and capital expenditures for lab services.
Serves as a liaison between lab staff, physicians, hospital administration, and CIS leadership.

What Makes You a Great Match:
A.S or B.S in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology.
Registered Radiologic Technologist and/or Cardiovascular Technologist.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and current licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Registered Nurses.
Must have at least 5 years experience in cardiac catheterization with at least two years in a supervisory role.
