Minimum qualifications: * One of the following criteria: * Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California * Possession of a Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-Accredited doctoral program * Possession of a terminal master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related behavioral science field and currently registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) * Demonstrated generalist clinical skills including time-limited, evidence-based individual and group modalities and crisis intervention * Commitment to trauma-informed care, inclusive excellence, and experience in working with diverse clients * Demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a stressful environment * Ability to independently organize, manage, and prioritize tasks, including clinical caseload * Excellent written and oral communication skills; thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling * Per the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
