The salary range for this position depends on location, degree, and level of degree.
For Connecticut, the salary range is from $83,000 to $88,000.
For NY, Maine, and Oregon the salary range is from $75,000 to $80,000.

This program is built on three pillars: * Exposure to different teams and departments * Experience through hands-on projects * Engagement with peers, mentors, and leaders What You'll Do As a participant, you'll rotate through three different roles over two years (each lasting 6-9 months), gaining insight into various aspects of our business.

Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Business, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, etc.) * GPA of 3.2 or higher * Internship or co-op experience (Avangrid internship is a plus) * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Interest in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure * Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments * U.S.
