Induction Program Facilitators Description: The Induction Program Facilitator Stipend position for Grades 6-12 EL, ELA, Social Studies and Special Education will provide new teachers with expertise from instructional facilitators as they begin their teaching careers in the Everett Public Schools.
The Instructional Coach will plan for, facilitate, and present at all new teacher induction sessions according to the Induction Session scope, sequence, and schedule.
Working Time: Asynchronous course development and preparation work, and facilitation of monthly, in-person induction sessions for new teachers throughout the school year.
Required Education/Experience: * Must have content expertise and instructional experience in one or more of the following areas: Grades 6-12 ELA, Social Studies, or Special Education.
Preferred Education/Experience: * Rich and varied experience with the implementation of high-quality instructional materials * Strong instructional skills and adaptability to teach new teachers with scaffolds and differentiation * Experience as an instructional coach Essential Duties: * Prepare and present the assigned in-person sessions for new teachers throughout the school year, consistent with the district's instructional priorities, student assessment data, and responsive to the needs of the educators.
* Share all created materials with the district.
* Meet monthly as needed to review the materials and plan for the sessions.
