Lead Infant Guide for our new Nido classroom of only four infants.

Full time 40 hours per week Mon-Fri.

Care of 4 infants; Family communications; maintaining an authentic Montessori classroom environment and relationships with children, families and coworkers.

Qualifications: At least one year experience working with infants in an early childcare center.

AMS or AMI certificate or ongoing training Fluency in spoken and written English language Must be able to sit on the floor, bend over & stand repeatedly for long hours & lift up to 50 lbs in an emergency & up to 20 lbs consistently High work ethic (no frequent call outs) CPR & med.

delegation able Ability to take initiative & communicate needs & questions with administration and ask for help when needed Salary Range: 47,500 - 53,000 Description of Community: We are a small family owned Montessori school in Broomfield with an amazing work community, a peaceful atmosphere and a concentration on professional growth.

We are in our second year and just opening our second infant classroom and looking for an inspired teacher to take the lead in creating an authentic Montessori classroom.
