Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Services for their growing Hospice location in the Pittsburgh, PA area. A Registered Nurse with Medicare Hospice experience is strongly preferred. Home Health management experience or a strong field nurse / case manager ready to step into a management role may be considered. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements

Medicare Hospice leadership experience as an RN strongly preferred.

Excellent understanding of state/federal Hospice regulations.

Strong clinical skills

Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities

Manage clinical team.

Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.

Hire, train, mentor staff.

Do patient visits if necessary.
