What You'll Do:
As an Outside Sales Representative, or as we call them Design Specialists, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners during pre-scheduled appointments (plus leads you generate yourself) to diagnose foundation, crawlspace, and concrete concerns. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that bring real value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough on-site inspections, including crawlspaces and basements, to identify structural or moisture issues.
Deliver engaging presentations and explain technical solutions in clear, relatable terms.
Create detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines.
Build trust by staying current on products, methods, and regulations.
Collaborate with installation crews to ensure seamless project execution.
Cross-sell services when appropriate by identifying multiple home solution needs.
Proactively generate leads through referrals, outreach, and community events.
Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through.

What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in consultative or home improvement sales preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Self-starter with initiative in managing leads and the overall sales process.
Physically able to walk, kneel, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces.
Comfortable handling objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Tech-savvy - we'll train you on our software tools.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a competitive sales role
High school diploma or higher
Valid ID and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to work overtime when needed
