Team Leader Nurse

Position Summary: Functions as shift leaders.

Directs and supervises patient and family centered care to ensure quality care, responsible personnel management, and effective utilization of resources.

Demonstrates exemplary communication skills with patients, families, visitors, and other members of the healthcare team.

Responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of the University Health System Position Qualification: BSN Preferred 1 year related experience and/or training RN- registered nurse in the state of TN or Multi-State Compact License BLS NRP
